• All recommendations may take up to seven full days to be provided to you.

• Through purchasing recommendations you agree to receive service email correspondence in order for us to fulfil your order.

• The Full Board is not responsible for the customer’s ability to visit recommended venues due to unforeseen permanent or temporary closures, or inability to obtain a reservation.

• The Full Board is responsible for providing suitable recommendations based on the customer’s questionnaire answers. If, for whatever reason, the customer deems recommendations unsuitable, or they are unhappy with the recommendations, The Full Board is not liable to provide further or alternative recommendations.
